Clair is a mum of 3 girls who works at home in South East London. Clair’s illustrations are playful, about connections and enjoying moments.

 

Clair founded the first ‘off the shelf’ chalkboard sign business in the UK for weddings and events in 2014, dubbed modern signwriting. Bringing with it the first live event experience to a national wedding fair in 2015, painting personalised signs to take away.

Since then Clair has created diy kits and disrupts markets and events bringing live experiences that are fresh and exciting. Always showcasing something immersive to take a photo of or share on social media​

In 2025 Clair found success painting wine bottles which were viewed over 30million times on social media platforms in that year. Clair likes to elevate what is ordinary, show how it’s done, and connect with the people around her.
